There is a delightful little place in Highland, Utah called Blue Lemon. I finally took the opportunity to try it out a while back with a few friends! Here we are in the Blue Room above the restaurant. It is a very nice room that is rented out for events! For more information about that, contact Jen Beckstrand, Events Coordinator at 801-472-7041 and with it being handicap accessible, it is a great space to have your next event!

In any case, I digress, seeing the Blue Lemon room was an unexpected bonus. I had been very excited to try the Roasted Turkey Avocado sandwich and so I did:

I was not disappointed, it was very delicious! It will definitely be a regular of mine! Although, I'm also anxious to try the Salmon, it'll be a hard choice to make after trying the sandwich! My dining companions also enjoyed their selections of the Hummus Plate, Tomato Bisque & other delicious items:

In addition to the delicious food the atmosphere is wonderful.

We highly recommend Blue Lemon and now even more people can enjoy the wonderfulness with locations in downtown Salt Lake City and soon to be in Cottonwood Heights! Have you been? What are you waiting for???
